Catching Up on Touch-a-Life
Have you had a chance recently to catch up on Touch-a-Life’s ministry?
Check out this powerful video by Patrick Cone on the work to save child slaves on Lake Volta in Ghana. (Patrick is a young Harding grad who is using his gifts as a videographer to spotlight the work of God in this world.)
Also, don’t miss Rachel Johnson’s journal on the Touch-a-Life blog. (Rachel is a young Pepperdine grad who heard Pam speak at Pepperdine’s convo and felt a calling for her life.)
An excerpt from Pam’s book,Jantsen’s Gift: A True Story of Grief, Rescue, and Grace, will appear in the April issue of Reader’s Digest.
And finally, I’d like to invite those of you on Facebook to join the “Jantsen’s Gift” group.
Thank you, Mike. Also, readers who check out the TAL website, can see a short video Patrick made of the art/music camp that took place last August at Village of Hope. The long video makes you weep, the short video makes you laugh & cry with joy. How I wish I could dance like those kids! So expressive!
Thanks, Annie. I hope everyone will take time to catch both!
Great job nephew!

We had a Ladies Retreat this weekend with a “Quilted by the Master: pieced together for His kingdom” theme. One of our activities was to make prayer quilts and we chose Pam as one of our recipients. I was able to log onto her website and show the Lake Volta clip to the 60 ladies that were there, so there are now 60 more ladies who know about that wonderful ministry and will be covering it in prayer.
I don’t get tired of that video – thanks for posting it again.
Amazing story!
