Holy Trinity

Click on the ESPN link on the right column, then go about halfway down the page to where it says “Holy Trinity.” Click again and see if that isn’t the most amazing play you’ve ever seen in football. Count the laterals. I got thirteen.

Couldn’t find the video on espn, but I found it here:

    I think I read 15 somewhere.

    That almost looks like rugby.

Thanks, Eric. Here’s the ESPN link.

    Still smiling. That was nice.

The Holy Trinity had to be with Trinity on this play. It is insane!

Couldn’t tell if the announcers were from Trinity or not!

Well, call me a stick in the mud, but the Purple team quit mid-play so Cal-Stanford remains my No. 1 ending, not to mention there was no band to run through.

This probably will only have significance to Bama fans, but the opposing coach was Mike Dubose. Mikey is still struggling.

The announcers were from Trinity, the guy who was yelling is a sophomore at Trinity and is actually from Jackson, MS where Millsaps is located and the game was played.

And Dubose is actually doing well at Millsaps, who is on the verge of another DIII playoff appearance.

And yes there were 15 laterals, and I was told one of them was a forward lateral, but I need to go back and look at it again and see. Incredible play though.
