I would have watched the women’s marathon, but I went to church like a good little Christian boy. It’s kind of nice to know I would have finished 56th in the women’s race based on my marathon PR, though…

I’m determined to find a way to catch the men’s marathon this Sunday, though, either live or taped.

Distance running…nothing quite like it.

Wow, Gang, did everyone understand that I am BEGINNING my second year of Spanish? So far I’m at a “See Jane run — run, Jane, run” level. (This will only communicate with people over 40, I think.)

Actually, I can read a lot. And I can write a lot. But when someone actually speaks to me, I look like a Spanish deer in the headlights.
